ST. LOUIS -- Boatmen's Bancshares has increased its quarterly dividend 9.7% to 34 cents a share from 31 cents.
It marked, Boatmen's 14th consecutive year of dividend increases. "This dividend increase reflects Boatmen's record earnings results. for the first half of 1994 and our confidence for continued progress for the remainder of the year," said Andrew B. Craig III, chairman and chief executive.
