BOATMEN'S NATIONAL Bank of St. Louis has elected John S. Alberici and Charles W. Mueller to its board of directors.
Mr. Alberici is secretary and senior vice president for finance and administration of J.S. Alberici Construction Co. Mr. Mueller is president of Union Electric Co.
