Comment letters to the Comptroller of the Currency's office can now be submitted over the Internet, the agency announced Tuesday. Comments should be sent to: regs.comments

The agency follows the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. onto the information superhighway. FDIC began accepting comment letters over the Internet in June.

The Comptroller's office is expected this year to expand its Internet offerings to include news releases, speeches, and programs that perform calculations required by Truth-in-Lending.
