The bank turned to Metaca for complete management and outsourcing of its program. Loyalty Group, which is responsible for the Air Miles loyalty card, also turned its entire portfolio over to Metaca.

Other customers of the firm include Royal Bank of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Bell Canada, SaskTel, and the Bay.
