CLEVELAND - GE Capital Corp. and Portable Software Corp. said it will jointly develop and market technology that merges on-line transaction delivery with expense reporting software.

The technology is a combination of the GE Capital Corporate Card program feature that provides daily on-line access to charges made with corporate cards and Quickxpense, Portable's expense report manager.

Quickxpense, a Windows-based software program, automates expense reporting. The joint technology will allow GE Capital corporate cardholders to download transactions into an electronic version of an existing expense report form.
