GREENWICH, Conn. - The Hungarian-American Enterprise Fund has invested $1 million in Bank 24, a $4.1 million project using U.S. banking technology to establish a network of automated teller machines in Hungary.

Hardware and services will be supplied by International Business Machines Corp. under a $10 million contract. A second American company, Arkansas Systems Inc., will provide the authorization software.
