Hypercom Inc. completed a 30,000-square-foot expansion of its Arizona headquarters. The construction was financed through City of Phoenix Industrial Development bonds received in April which were in excess of $4 million.
The company, whose plant is now 75,000 square feet, has added 70 employees and plans to have a total of 150 within the year.
"We are thankful for our customers to be able to realize the kind of growth needed to be eligible for long-term financing," said president and chief executive Al Irato.
