National Data Corp.'s Global Payment Systems subsidiary has signed service a greements with a bank and a credit union.
National Data will provide Burlington, Vt.-based Chittenden Bank with merchant processing services that include accounting and invoicing, chargebacks, retrievals, and voice authorization. It currently provides the bank with card authorization services.
Global also has signed a five-year agreement with Credit Union Central of Saskatchewan to provide its customers with a variety of electronic financial services, including access to bank balances, transferring funds between accounts, and making investments.
MasterCard International owns a minority interest in Global.
