Michael E. Dubyak has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of Wright Express Corp.

Mr. Dubyak, 47, succeeds Paul F. Walsh, who led the fleet card company for three and a half years. Mr. Walsh resigned to "pursue other business opportunities," the company said.

Wright Express' parent company, CUC International Inc., became part of Cendant Corp. through a merger last year.

Mr. Dubyak, a 12-year veteran of Wright Express, was most recently executive vice president for sales and marketing and the development of private-label and cobranding relationships.

Stephen P. Holmes, vice chairman of Cendant, said Wright Express "remains a core business" and is "poised to continue its leadership position in the fleet card industry."
