PRINCETON, N.J. - Princeton Telecom Corp. said it has received Discover Card Services' 1994 Quality Service Award for its handling of pay- by-telephone transactions.

C. Richard Corl, executive vice president at Princeton Telecom, said a "zero defects" commitment is a cornerstone of its lockbox processing of electronic payments.

The company said it ranked first in all award categories - including absence of duplicate payments, payment timeliness, and posting accuracy - for the second consecutive year.n
