Melita International, a maker of customer interaction software, said it has been signed to install its PhoneFrame Explorer and Magellan systems in five Citicorp Credit Services Inc. call centers.

The multiyear contract is valued at more than $10 million and will result in the presentation at agent workstations of a single view of customer relationships, Melita said.

Citicorp Credit Services provides customer service and collections support for Citibank's U.S. Visa and MasterCard business, which has 57 million cards in circulation.
