SAN FRANCISCO - Interlink Network, Visa's on-line debit card subsidiary, has launched a promotional program in Minnesota.

The month-long campaign features radio and newspaper advertising as well as cardholder mailings.

Since the program's Minnesota launch in January, the number of Interlink-enhanced ATM cards has grown to 750,000, and there are 280 merchant locations.

More than 55,000 merchants in all 50 states accept ATM cards with the Interlink logo.
