Chase, Lehman in big Ex-Im Bank securitization.

In the largest Export-Import Bank securitization to date, Chase Securities Inc. is leading a $351.9 million issue of guaranteed export certificates for the Republic of Turkey.

The U.S. securities arm of Chase Manhattan Corp. is colead manager of the deal with Lehman Brothers Inc..

The certificates represent an interest in loans to Turkey and are guaranteed by the U.S. Expire bank

Issued under the name Guaranteed Export Trust Series 1994F, the fixed-rate certificates were offered at par with a coupon of 8.187%, with a yield to maturity of 8.19%.

The certificates have an average life of 4.66 years, with a final maturity on Dec. 15, 2004.

The issue has been rated AAA/Aaa by Standard & Poor's Corp. and Moody's Investor Service Inc.
