EDINBURGH, Scotland - Royal Bank of Scotland Group said George Graboys, chairman of its Citizens Financial Group subsidiary in the United States, would retire in December.
Mr. Graboys will also leave the boards of the parent and its flagship subsidiary, Royal Bank of Scotland.
