City and Suburban Names Executive

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

City and Suburban Federal Savings Bank, Yonkers, N.Y., has Thomas W. Schettino president.

He succeeds Samuel J. Kisseloff, who remains chief counsel and chief managing officer.

Mr. Schettino, also named to the thrift's board, was managing director of corporate finance at Advest Inc.

Before Advest acquired Zombach & Ostrowski in 1988, he had been a principal and a board member of that investment banking firm.

City and Suburban Federal Savings Bank is a $344 million-asset thrift with seven branches in the Bronx, Manhattan, and Westchester County.
