City National Of New Jersey Names Three Senior Officers

Francis McIver has been promoted to Executive vice president and chief credit officer for City National Bank of New Jersey, Newark, principal subsidiary of City National Bancshares.

Mr. McIver will oversee the bank's vastly expanding lending and credit administration functions and spearhead its branch expansion and renovation efforts.

Stanley Weeks has been named senior vice president/senior loan officer. He will manage the bank's commercial lending functions, supervise loan officers, and initiate business development efforts. He formerly was a vice president of New Jersey-based First Fidelity Bank, where he managed a $278 million commercial real estate portfolio.

Edward Wright has been appointed senior vice president/chief financial officer. He assumes responsibility for managing several major departments, in addition to the accounting, bookkeeping, and operations functions.

He joins the senior management team with an extensive background in investments and accounting at financial institutions,
