COLUMBIA BANK, Bellevue, Wash., named Rosalie Revesz senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Ms. Revesz will handle Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and investor relations as well as all financial functions for the bank.
She was formerly a vice president and controller for U.S. Bank of Washington, Seattle.
Chris Warner and Terri Hickey joined Columbia Bank's mortgage banking subsidiary, Columbia First Service Inc., as vice presidents.
Ms. Warner was an assistant vice president and compliance manager at Old Stone Mortgage Corp. in Bellevue.
Ms. Hickey was Northwest regional underwriter, handling Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Administration, and conventional loans at Pacific First Bank. She also trained bank and loan-center employees.
