DETROIT - Comerica Inc. said its NorthPark National Bank in Dallas has been merged into Comerica Bank-Texas.
Detroit-based Comerica completed the acquisition of the $719 million-asset Dallas bank in May. It announced the $79 million stock purchase in November.
Comerica Bank-Texas has 52 branches in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Including the pending merger of Sugar Creek National Bank in Houston, assets of Comerica Bank-Texas will exceed $3 billion.
