Corrections: 05/05/97 issue

A story Monday, "Fleet Eyes Top Spot in the Big Apple" (page 28), misidentified Frank J. Barkocy. He is managing director of Josephthal Lyon & Ross in New York.

*

A brief page 2 item Tuesday on a panel discussion about bank regulation misnamed the sponsor of the conference. It is the Banking Law Institute.

*

Also Tuesday, "State Regulators Get Set for an Interstate World" (page 4) incorrectly included Michigan on the list of states that have not adopted interstate branching laws. In fact, Michigan passed an interstate law in November 1995. The four states that have not acted are Missouri, Kansas, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
