Corrections: 11/13/96 issue, First Boston

A Nov. 13 article, "CS First Boston Eyes Intranet to Speed Data to Its Traders" (page 13), erred in saying the company's global research library system would help bring about paperless trading. In fact, the system is designed only to automate the distribution of research.

In addition, CS First Boston does not have 3,000 equity and fixed-income traders, as stated in the article. Three thousand is merely the number of users of the system.
