COVENANT BANK, Haddonfield, N.J., has named J. William Parker senior vice president and chief financial officer.
He was vice president and comptroller of Commerce Bank, Cherry Hill, where he was responsible for the management and direction of the accounting department for Commerce Bancorp and its subsidiaries.
