Decatur Signs Systematics for Processing
Decatur Federal Savings and Loan announced Tuesday a five-year facilities management agreement with Systematics Financial Services Inc., Little Rock, Ark.
According to terms of the contract, Systematics will manage and operate all of Decatur Federal's data processing systems. Officials of the $2.6 billion-asset thrift expect the use of Systematics software running on computers from International Business Machines Corp. to reduce operating expenses.
The value of the contract was not disclosed. The bank, based in Decatur, Ga., operates 32 branch offices in and around Atlanta.
