Delaware National Names Executive

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

Delaware National Bank, Georgetown, has named Paul Mylander, its chief executive officer, to be chairman as well.

He succeeds Ronald T. Moore, who will remain as a director.

Mr. Mylander was also president of Delaware National, a unit of $4.1 billion-asset Fulton Financial Corp., Lancaster, Pa. Executive vice president Lynda Messick will take that title but remain chief operating officer.

Before joining the bank in 1990, Mr. Mylander was president of East Coast Mortgage Co. in Fairfax County, Va. Earlier he was senior vice president and chief lending officer with Fedstar Savings Bank in Alexandria, Va.
