MEDIA, Pa. -- Elmwood Federal Savings Bank has completed its reorganization under a savings and loan holding company structure.
Frank C. Freeman is president and chief executive officer of the holding company, Elmwood Bancorp, and acting president and chief executive officer of the savings bank, which has more than $200 million in assets.
