Executive Changes: Jeffrey R. Dunn Named to Lead BOK's Bank of Arkansas

BOK Financial Corp. of Tulsa, Okla., has named the third president in two years for its Bank of Arkansas.

Jeffrey R. Dunn had been the Fayetteville bank's senior vice president of commercial lending for three years.

He succeeded Wayne D. Stone, who resigned Aug. 25. Mr. Stone, a former president of BOK's lead bank, Bank of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, took the Arkansas job in late 1997, succeeding John J. Rownak Jr.

BOK bought the Arkansas bank in 1994, when it was named Citizens Bank of Northwest Arkansas. The name was changed in May of last year.
