Executive Vice President For Keycorp Brokerage

Cleveland-based Keycorp has named John E. Kohl executive vice president of its brokerage and capital markets units.

Mr. Kohl is part of a new management team that is working to support Keycorp's aggressive plans to distribute investment products to select market segments among the 3.4 million clients in its nationwide branch network.

Since 1990, Mr. Kohl has been president, chief operating officer, and director of privately owned Man-Gill Chemical Co. He also held various positions with Cleveland-based investment banking firm of McDonald & Company Securities.

In his new job, he will be working with Jack L. Kopnisky, president of Key Investments, Keycorp's brokerage unit.
