Experian Group Ltd. in Dublin said Wednesday that it is in "advanced" talks about a sale of its transaction-processing activities in France.
Discussions are taking place with a unit of the French postal service operator La Poste and the private-equity firm Advent International, Experian said. The credit bureau's French unit processes checks and credit card payments for banks and financial institutions.
