First National Bank of Suffield in Conn. hires next CEO

First National Bank of Suffield in Connecticut has lined up its next chief executive.

The $249 million-asset bank said in a press release Wednesday that Joseph Greco will become president on June 2. He will succeed Nancy Viggiano, who is retiring.

Greco previously served as CEO of Southern Connecticut Bancorp, which sold itself to Liberty Bank in 2013. He also spent a decade as CEO of First Litchfield Financial.
