First State Bank of Harvard Names Executive

First State Bank of Harvard has promoted Michael J. Fogle to executive vice president.

Mr. Fogle, previously a senior vice president, will continue as secretary of the Illinois bank's board of directors.

He will direct the bank's commercial, real estate, and agricultural lending activities and staff, and will assume responsibility for a variety of other administrative functions.

First-Knox National Bank of Mount Vernon, in Ohio, has promoted three people to assistant vice president. They are:

*Barbara A. Barry, marketing.

*David R. Ewart, commercial loan officer.

*Deborah K. Steinhauser, manager of the Coshocton Avenue office.

Community First Bank, Lansing, Mich., has named Bill Cook as credit analyst, Tracy Twarozynski as manager of accounting, and Robert D. Warnke as assistant vice president, branch manager, and manager of retirement accounts.

F&M Bancorp., Kaukauna, Wis., has named Daniel E. Voet as chief financial officer. He remains treasurer.

Janet M. Lakso has been named secretary, in addition to her responsibilities as vice president-administration.

Maynard A. Kunschke, who retired as chief financial officer and secretary at the end of the year, will continue as to serve F&M as a consultant.

Park National Bank, Newark, Ohio, has promoted Pam Swank to marketing officer. She will continue to head the bank's direct marketing efforts.
