Fiserv Adds ATM Management to Logistics Suite

Fiserv, in advance of this week’s BAI Retail Delivery show, has launched a new management suite to help banks measure performance of self-service device lines, primarily ATMs. Fiserv Logix is a module atop Fiserv’s cash and logistics suite that adds decision management, performance management and asset tracking for devices across a self-service network.

According to Fiserv, bank clients will be able to drill down to specific individual or groups of ATMs and bank identification codes to create Web-based, real-time reports on their current state. That covers more than just how much cash in the machine—it can also track the on-screen signage, security, communications as well as warranty/contract information on individual devices to make sure service and maintenance is being done as agreed.

“The Fiserv Logix module is designed to help organizations understand the costs and revenues associated with the self-service channel and assist with decisions such as whether their devices are in the right locations based on transaction volumes, revenues and customer satisfaction,” said Brian Jorgenson, director of product management, Fiserv Cash and Logistics.
