TransCard, a card marketing unit of Innovative Processing Solutions LLC of Chattanooga, Tenn., has teamed up with the $1.5 billion-asset Fishback Financial Corp. of Brookings, S.D., to offer prepaid products.
Fishback said Thursday that it will provide "bank sponsorship, card issuing, transaction settlement, and many other fundamental services for TransCard's prepaid card programs."
Craig Fuller, TransCard's chief executive, said in a press release that the partnership will help his company "to greatly expand our marketing efforts with several prepaid product lines" in the coming months. "Our focus will be on pay cards, business reward gift cards and selling our processing services."
