Denver-based Formation Technologies Inc. is reengineering its Pedestal Series software that helps banks comply with federal and state regulations.

The new Pedestal ET (Enterprise Technologies) will allow bankers to share information among branches.

"Our clients are telling us that the success of their business will rely increasingly on their ability an expanding universe of users with more and more information," said Steve Grandchamp, vice president of Formation.

Formation, a subsidiary of John H. Harland Co. in Atlanta, will begin rolling out the ET series in 1995.
