WICHITA, Kan. -- Fourth Financial Corp. has agreed to buy Ponca Bancshares Inc. and its subsidiary, Security Bank and Trust Co. of Ponca City, Okla. The bank, with five offices, has assets of $120 million.
Terms of the deal were not announced.
Through its Bank IV Oklahoma subsidiary, Fourth Financial will have assets of $1.7 billion and 30 offices in 11 Oklahoma communities when the acquisition is completed.
Fourth Financial last week announced the merger of two Oklahoma City banks, Woodward and Waukomis, into Bank IV.
