Freddie Assets Decline by 9.9%

Freddie Mac said its portfolio of home loan assets fell at an annual rate of 9.9% last month.

The holdings contracted by $6.8 billion in May, to $823.4 billion, from the previous month, the McLean, Va., company said in its monthly volume summary, released Friday.
