GoldLeaf Financial Solutions of Atlanta has offered up an online remote deposit interface allowing banks to integrate the service into their online banking and other Web-based applications.
GoldLeaf’s Sierra Xpedite Payment solution is a service-oriented, application programming interface that won’t require banks to adopt new infrastructure or changes to user administration, approvals, authentication and risk management systems, according to the company. Sierra is also a “way to extend the success of remote deposit to any online servicing channels,” while maintaining a banks’ branded, says Lynn Boggs, CEO of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, in a statement.
Goldleaf officials say that in addition to institutions, this is also the basis of a partnership opportunity for vendors who build and manage online banking solutions but lack fully integrated remote deposit functionality.
