Bank of America's management shuffle brought in former Citigroup chief financial officer Sallie Krawcheck to head its global wealth management unit, to replace Brian Moynihan who was promoted to head the consumer-banking division in place of departing Liam McGee.

Umpqua Holdings Corp. named former Key Bank executive Donna Huntsman to lead its newly formed private-banking division.

C. Randall Sims was promoted to CEO of Home BancShares Inc. in Conway, Ark., succeeding John W. Allison, who remains chairman.

MainSource Financial Group in Greensburg, Ind., has promoted Daryl R. Tressler to chief banking officer. Tressler was president and CEO of the subsidiary MainSource Bank.

Provident Bank in Jersey City announced that CFO Linda Niro is retiring, to be succeeded by first vice president Thomas M. Lyons.
