ABILENE, Tex. - First Financial Bankshares said Friday that it has agreed to acquire City Bancshares of Mineral Wells, Tex., for an undisclosed cash sum.
City Bancshares is the holding company for $90 million-asset City National Bank in Mineral Wells.
The deal is expected to be completed in the second quarter.
