WASHINGTON - The National Association of Home Builders announced Thursday that it had named Peggy K. Cullom vice president of multifamily policy.
A 20-year veteran of the multifamily and mortgage banking industries, Ms. Cullom will oversee the group's legislative and regulatory work, as well as the development of strategic business services.
Her previous employer was Freddie Mac, where she managed a multifamily portfolio in excess of $10 billion. Before that she spent 14 years at Fannie Mae.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
