ST. LOUIS - said on Monday that it has teamed up with the online aggregator to make its online banking services available to Yodlee's customers.

The agreement gives priority listing on Yodlee's e-Personalization Web site and access to Yodlee users, which come to the service through Yodlee's distribution partners including, Alta Vista, and

"Many banks are taking a 'wait and see' approach" toward aggregation providers, said Frank Trotter, president and chief executive officer of the Internet-only bank, "but after careful evaluation, we decided to take a proactive approach" and go partners with Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Yodlee.

The partnership is Yodlee's first marketing alliance with a bank, according to
