NEW YORK - Merrill Lynch Investment Managers has put the Mercury name on the last of its mutual funds that lacked it - the 10 Hotchkis & Wiley funds.

Merrill bought the Hotchkis & Wiley money management firm in July. The renaming was announced Oct. 6.

"Mercury" simply replaced "Hotchkis & Wiley" in the names of Hotchkis' nonequity funds. The names of the old Hotchkis equity funds now start "Mercury HW."
