Rocky Mountain Bank in Chandler, Ariz., is offering free, hourlong seminars on marketing to small-business owners with approved loan applications.
"We will provide them with some marketing assistance to illustrate our commitment to small-business," said William F. Frank, the bank's president and chief executive. A local marketing agency hired by the bank is conducting the seminars. The small-business owners must pay for any additional marketing advice. Rocky Mountain Bank has $51 million of assets, and 90% of its customers are small-business owners, Mr. Frank said.
