WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - FinancialOxygen, a provider of capital markets technology and trading marketplaces for middle-market clients, has hired Steven A. Wood to run an economic advisory service available to subscribers.
Mr. Wood, a former managing director and senior economist with Banc of America Securities, started with Financial Oxygen on March 28.
The new service will provide commentary and information by Mr. Woods. It will include real-time analyses of economic data; end-of-the-day recaps of market events; rate forecasts on a broad spectrum of instruments; and reports analyzing the effects of major political or economic events, domestic and global.
