CHICAGO - Bank One Corp. appointed Heidi G. Miller, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of Priceline.com, to its board of directors Tuesday.
Ms. Miller, 47, has managed the financial functions, strategic planning and administration for Priceline since March. Before joining Priceline she was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Citigroup Inc.
Before that she had been an executive vice president and chief financial officer for three years at Travelers Group, a Citigroup predecessor, where she had started as vice president of planning and analysis and assistant to the president in 1992.
Ms. Miller began her career at Chemical Bank in 1979, rising to managing director of the emerging markets structured finance group. She serves on the boards of General Mills Inc., Merck & Co. Inc., and Mead Corp.
