In Brief: Banker's Trust Issues $250 Million of Debt

Banker's Trust New York Corp. came to market for the sixth time this year, issuing $250 million in three-year senior notes.

The noncallable notes, which have a coupon of 6.625%, were priced to yield 6.716%, or 29 basis points above comparable Treasuries.

The issue will be sold through lead underwriters UBS Securities Inc.

It was rated A-2 by Moody's Investors Service Inc. and single-A by Standard and Poor's and by Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Co.
