SAN ANTONIO - Billserv Inc. has announced a partnership with CallVision, a Seattle firm that enhances the content of telecom bills.
Billserv consolidates customer information from multiple billers and delivers it to third parties such as aggregators or biller-direct sites. CallVision will add its analysis features, such as graphing and sorting by region or day of the week, to Billserv's bills.
"We believe that adding applications like CallVision's bill analysis tools to e-billing will generate increased electronic bill payment and presentment adoption and stronger customer loyalty for telecommunications clients," said Billserv chairman and chief executive Michael Long.
