Bloomberg News

WARSAW - Citigroup Inc. offered $380 million for the shares it does not own in Bank Handlowy SA, fulfilling a legal requirement after it won control of Poland's No. 3 bank last week.

Polish law requires the acquiring company to call a bid if it buys more than 50% of the target company.
