ATLANTA - Clarus Corp., a business-to-business electronic commerce software company, has bought Redeo Technologies Inc. and its parent company, SAI Ireland Ltd., for $60 million.
Redeo provides global payment services such as cash management, payment settlement, and reconciliation for business-to-business platforms. SAI, of Limerick, Ireland, is a financial services software company.
The acquisition, completed May 31, added 125 global customers to Clarus' customer base. The combined company will incorporate Redeo's Web-based payment system with Clarus' electronic procurement and electronic marketing software.
