NEWBERRY, S.C. -Newberry Federal Savings Bank said Wednesday that DutchFork Bancshares, the proposed holding company for Newberry Federal, completed its initial stock offering in connection with Newberry Federal's conversion from a mutual to a stock organization.
A total of 1,560,550 shares of common stock were sold at the price of $10 per share in the offering. Trident Securities of Raleigh, N.C., managed it.
