PLANO, Tex. - Electronic Data Systems Corp. announced that it has hired Eric Rajendra of A.T. Kearney to be vice president for innovations and new ventures in its global financial industry group.
Mr. Rajendra, who is a partner and the head of e-business practice for financial services at A.T. Kearney, is to join EDS on May 1 and report to Coley Clark, senior vice president of the company's financial and transportation global industry group.
Mr. Rajendra joined A.T. Kearney in 1998 from McKinsey & Co.
