WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. 401kExchange will provide ratings and analysis for customers of Emplanet Inc. of Westborough, Mass., which sets up 401(k) plans over the Internet.
Under an agreement announced last week, 401kExchange will analyze plan structure and investment options for Emplanet customers employers and the financial planners they have hired to arrange retirement programs. The agreement also gives them access to 401kExchanges group of adviser- and direct-sold 401(k) plans.
Users will be able to click through from Emplanets Web site to 401kExchanges.
Emplanet, which opened in October, sets up 401(k) plans and automatically manages administrative elements such as enrollment, eligibility tracking, and notification.
